Canvas focuses on the generous sweetness of whiskies aged in American oak barrels. However, to complete our composition, we turned to an experimental parcel of single malt re-racked into Spanish orange wine casks for three years. Bright, bold and delicious, our aim with Canvas is to inspire further creative work. Pour a glass, prime your canvas, and fill the frame. Flavor Profile: The gloriously waxy and citrusy nose is followed by forest honey and vanilla shortbread notes on the palate. Flavours of nutmeg, cardamom and chocolate intertwine in the long-lasting finish. Outstanding when neat and paired with autumn fruit pies, Canvas also shines with a few drops of water.
